Who is Staub IT?
A small team from Sirnach, Thurgau, founded in 2016 by Joël Staub. We introduce and operate AI employees – and we look after the IT underneath, from cybersecurity and Google Workspace to cloud backup, including for schools.
Where does our data live?
On your own infrastructure – on a server in Switzerland if you wish. The AI employees don't run on a third-party cloud platform: you always know where your data is and who has access.
Which AI model is behind it?
Whichever is best at the time. The AI employees are LLM-independent and work with the major models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others – we pick per task what fits best and switch as soon as something better appears. They are built on proven open-source components such as Hermes.
What if Staub IT is unavailable?
Nothing that locks you in. The AI employees consist of open software and run on your infrastructure. The documentation is yours; any capable IT firm could take over operations. We want to convince you, not chain you.
How long does a rollout take?
A first AI employee for one workflow is up in a matter of weeks. After setup and a functional check, you test it for 90 days. More follow in stages – your processes set the pace, not our calendar.
What does it cost?
The workflow check is free and takes 30 minutes at most; its findings go into a fixed-price quote. After setup, you test for 90 days. If you opt out by the last test day, setup, pilot support and removal cost nothing; otherwise the engagement becomes billable from day 91. External subscriptions, licences and cloud costs are yours from the start.
