From IT workshop to AI system.
Joël Staub has worked in IT since 2008 and founded Staub IT in Sirnach in 2016. The one-man shop grew into a small team serving companies and schools across German-speaking Switzerland: more than 100 clients, many of them for years.
Large language models changed the question. "How do you keep IT running?" became "How much work can a company hand over?" Since then, the focus has been on AI systems – first in-house, where more than twenty automations run in production today, then with our clients.
Out of that came our AI system: built on proven open-source components, open and LLM-independent. It gives every person in a company a personal assistant – and it is the system we work with ourselves, every day, in every process. What we sell, we use first.
