Travel costs

Terms
What applies to every job:
- Transparent billing
- No contractual commitment
- Urgent immediate help subject to availability
- 50% surcharge after 6 pm
- 100% surcharge on weekends and public holidays
On-site visits
On-site visits are planned with enough buffer to solve problems properly. For longer travel or a blocked half-day, a reasonable minimum charge applies.
- Up to approx. 30 minutes travel each way: minimum 1h
- From approx. 45 minutes travel each way: minimum 2h
- From approx. 60 minutes travel each way: minimum 3h
- Half days and hard-to-schedule jobs by arrangement
Emergency call-outs
An emergency is an acute IT problem that noticeably disrupts operations and needs immediate attention. Emergency call-outs outside business hours start at CHF 890 excl. VAT, plus the applicable evening, weekend or public holiday surcharge.
- Operations are at a standstill or severely restricted
- Access, data, email, network, servers or business applications are critically affected
- Immediate handling is needed in the evening, at the weekend or on a public holiday
- Prior attempts by the customer or a third-party provider were unsuccessful
